When preparing your home for sale don't forget the first thing a buyer sees is the outside of your home. Spring is coming, so make sure your yard is ready, too.

• Don't forget to take down the Christmas lights!
• Rake up the leaves you missed from fall.
• Rake rocks off the lawn.
• Clean up debris such as fallen trees, branches, etc.
• Add a nice seasonal wreath to the front door. Spring wreaths can include faux tulips, dogwood blossoms, greenery, and tulips.
• Add a nice flower pot - plant something hardy until the frost is gone.
